Overthinking

Have you ever overthink? To the point of wanting a break from your own thoughts?
It happened to me.
For years, I found myself thinking too much, suppressing my emotions, that I found myself powerless. I wasn't just down with my thoughts, I was lying on the ground helpless.
I had several things to process and didn't know how to feel better. the Lord has put it to the heart of someone to help me and allowed me to talk, as well as be listened to and encouraged. Talking helps because it allows you to let out what's inside. All those tangled thoughts, by talking and receiving support, became a precise thread that I could grasp and bring to Christ.
In fact, in the Bible we read
2 Corinthians 10:5
casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ,
So all the thoughts that do not align with His will and truth, I brought them to Him, asking for forgiveness. I told Him that I forgave those people for the specific things that had surfaced. Thus, step by step, the Lord healed me and relieved me of every burden.
Psalm 50:15
Call upon Me in the day of trouble;
I will deliver you, and you shall glorify Me.
God is faithful. Jesus paid the price of our redemption, to reconcile us to the Father, to heal us, to give us freedom, and those who the Son frees are truly free! In this verse I shared, it's clearly written that the Lord will save us and that we will glorify Him for the victory He has given us! 💪😃
In fact, over the years, by bringing my burdens to Him, He has healed me from overthinking. If before, observing those with a cheerful and carefree heart, I wondered if I would ever be able to experience it, because I felt as if I were enveloped in a heavy fog, now, thank God, I am free to laugh and be carefree and cheerful too! 😃 Glory to God! 😃🙌💖
Furthermore, when I attended the School of the Prophet, I experienced a peace of mind I had never experienced before. I could discern when the enemy was speaking to me; it was obvious. I also understood when the Lord was encouraging me and prompting me. As for my thoughts, I was at peace because I knew I was a beloved daughter of the Lord. Not that I don't know it in my daily life, but there, my mind and heart were at peace about it. I wasn't afraid of making mistakes because I knew that, as written in Romans 8:28, all things work together for our good and that my intentions were good. I am grateful to God for having experienced this and I trust that one day I will be able to experience this peace for longer. Praise the Lord!
So, be encouraged! I declare in the name of Jesus that you are blessed, free and healed!
He lifts you up and guides you. You are important to God, and He is faithful. You are blessed, in the name of Jesus!
Numbers 6:24-26
The Lord bless you and keep you; the Lord make His face shine upon you, and be gracious to you; the Lord lift up His countenance upon you, and give you peace.
